With ValuePerform, we ask a wide range of questions to management group. The answers, we use to identify strategic development and improvement areas within the company
We send automatic e-mail invitations to the leaders, who will answer the questionnaire online.
Answering a series of observation questions takes approx. 30 minutes - and is typically done by the CEO/director. The answering of a series of subjective questions takes approx. 15 minutes each respondent - and is done by the management team.

After the last respondent has answered the survey, ValueMaker will provide a printed ValuePerform report to the consultant after a maximum of 5 working days.
